This Month:
Do you want to learn more about problem solving and presentations? Brian Hudson from Franciscan Health will be sharing his expertise.
A3 problem solving is a structured problem-solving and continuous-improvement approach, first employed at Toyota and typically used by lean manufacturing practitioners. In is now used in all industries and organizations, both large and small. It provides a simple and strict procedure that guides problem solving by workers. The approach typically uses a single sheet of ISO A3 size paper, which is the source of its name.
The A3 problem solving tool is a great way to organize your projects as an individual and as a team. It also gives you a way to explain your project from beginning to end. You will leave this meeting ready to put your first A3 in place.
About The Speaker:
Brian Hudson is an expert in adding value and driving operational effectiveness in clinical and non clinical settings using strategy deployment and performance improvement methods.
