Mental health in the workplace

In today’s fast-paced work environment, prioritizing your mental health is more important than ever. From stress and anxiety to struggling with work/life balance, we know how challenging it can be to overcome the obstacles that impact our well-being.

That’s why we’ve partnered with our friends at Mental Health America (MHA) to bring you an informative session on navigating mental health in the workplace. MHA aims to improve the mental health of all Americans through advocacy, education, research, and service.
